Macarons are between 1'' - 1.5'' diameter , some even larger some smaller as they are hand pipped. the thickness is about 0.75 to 1'' depending on the filling types, chocolate fillings are thicker as we use ganache and fruits jam are thinner as Macarons absorb the moisture.
